I loved the fact that I could do everything in one location. I don't have family or a husband to drop me off and pick up so getting a rental car was a huge concern for me. The updates were timely and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I sincerely appreciate their efforts to assist me through the process.

The front desk person was weak. My telephone number was captured incorrectly in the beginning so I didn't get any service updates for the time my car was being repaired, almost 3 weeks. This person was indifferent to the Inconvenience caused to me. While the service was good, I'll think hard before I'd return to this facility.
