Caitlyn McCoy provided excellent customer service. I was nervous about leaving my baby "car" with a place that had never worked on it before. Caitlyn convinced me that the car would be taken care of and so I decided to leave it with Caliber for repairs. Originally I was there only for an adjuster to give me an estimate for the damage. She provided excellent customer service.
