The front desk and manager were great! The texts is a great idea too. It could use a little tweaking .... For example, Text only with changes in status (instead of 3-5 texts that repeat the same info) & be clearer on when auto pick up is to be expected. For example, the last text I received indicated everything was on track for me to pick the car up on the 30th and you would call me if there was a delay. I received no phone call or Specifics so I went at noon and it was not ready.
