It was a very positive experience from the moment we entered and met the front desk people to the completion of the repair. The system worked so efficiently, and worked well with our insurance agency. The communication via text to us with updates was great!!! Everything went smoothly, professionally, and with care for the vehicle and owners. At pickup, Katie was great with the final inspection. The vehicle was clean inside and out and the wash job made it shinier than ever. We have already noted to friends how good the process was. It really was a 10 out of 10!

I had a fantastic experience with the Caliber Collision located at 7528 Midlothian, VA and would highly recommend if you are in need of their services. Karla Knight was my intake specialist and was very helpful, thorough, friendly, professional, and great with communicating through out the process. The moldings around my wheel wells were not factory made and the paint began to peel on one because the original paint job was done incorrectly. She tried multiple times and at different sources to find a replacement, but that was not an option. Karla decided to pivot and make other arrangements and once the decision was made I dropped my truck off and had it back less than 48 hours. The work was exceptional and looked brand new. I am so impressed and if I ever need work done again, I will definitely bring it back to Caliber and likely the same location!! Thanks Karla and the Caliber team members who did the repair!! Kevin L.

Their workmanship was incredible. I mean my 12 year-old car looks like brand new now. Thank you so very much. My point of contact kept me updated each and every day on what was going on and when I could expect my vehicle back. As a matter of fact, it was ready two days sooner than what I was told. Total happiness for me. I enjoyed driving almost a brand new rental car, but I was ready to get mine back and get into luxury.
