I’ve had a good experience once with Caliber and this now make my second horrible experience — I would never choose to use or refer Caliber.

The work was sloppy. I had paint dust all over the interior and a wipe down wasn’t even attempted; instead two micro clothes were simply throw in the back seat. There was grease and glue on handles, all around the car, on the steering wheel, dash, etc. Absolutely no effort went into clean up rushing the car out on a Friday afternoon. I wasn’t given an option to inspect with a rep, and when I turn on the engine every single sensor went off. A full sensor recalibration had to be performed at a dealership and submitted as a supplement to the claim. I wasn’t given a choice of which Caliber to use by my insurance, and this location was certainly not my preference. I also had to debate claim submittal info when dropping the car off for work, and the Enterprise used also delivered the worst loaner vehicle I’ve ever received with significant and visible damage. Practically the entire experience was negative with the exception of text updates during repairs. Given everything else I’m concerned the repaint won’t last or other issues will arise.

Jeremiah did a great job answering questions, giving me updates and asking if I needed anything. The front desk receptionist with the excellent glasses (apologies for not learning her name) fit me in for my car estimate & drop off very quickly, answered my questions and was always very friendly! Appreciated the service, it was my first time coming here but it was far better than other collision places!

Jeremiah was wonderful and keeping me updated about my car. Without him, it would have been a very confusing process. He even went the extra mile to ensure that the dealership did an alignment on my car. If anything ever happened to any of my cars again, I would definitely trust Jeremiah with it again.

The bumper looks very well repaired and painted. Will be interesting to see Howard continues to fare in the months and years to but so far everything it’s good to go. Service staff was very helpful in making sure that the repair process was smooth.

I was unable to pick up my vehicle for several days after the repairs were completed because I was out of town on vacation. I really appreciated that your shop did not consider this to be a problem in the least and I was very thankful for their patience.

Caliber Collision took very great care of me as a customer keeping advised of steps necessary to repair my vehicle and where they were in the process on a weekly basis. I never had to call them once and to top it all off my car was ready four days earlier than estimated and the workmanship was supberb. It looked liked my car was never in an accident. I will definitely refer my family and friends to Caliber Collision should it be needed.

My customer service experience was awesome right when l entered the door. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and the mechanic that kept me in the loop on my repairs as well as, the technician that repaired my vehicle came out to meet me and introduced themselves. This was an awesome experience for me because nowadays when it comes to customer service most of my interactions have been below the bar.
