I am not 100% satisfied with the recent repairs. After reviewing the vehicle the following day, I noticed visible gaps on both sides of the bumper that did not appear correct. I contacted a representative to report the issue and returned my vehicle, as all items had not been fully completed at the time of pickup. After reviewing the bumper, I was informed that it does not properly fit my vehicle and that the insurance company would be contacted regarding the issue. I have not received any follow-up communication since then. I am concerned that the bumper was installed despite not fitting correctly. If it was clear that the part was not appropriate for my vehicle, it should not have been installed and presented as complete. That decision does not reflect professional repair standards, especially considering that payment responsibility falls through the insurance company.
