While I was satisfied with the repair, I was not completely satisfied. After receiving a text message stating that my car would be ready 10/17 I went to the shop only to find out that it would not be ready until 10/20. I received a call 10/20 letting me know my car was ready. I went to the shop that morning only to find out my license plate light was not working and my bumper was loose. I had to call the shop that evening to see if my car was ready. No call was made to me. The missed repairs were made and I picked up my car that evening. I have used Caliber in the past and hopefully this was a one-off. I would recommend Caliber to anyone needing car repair
