It's a toss up. The techs who did the work are talented, and Lee was very nice and courteous, however the fact that the shop ignored my requests on their own contract worries me about the management. Considering this is not a budget shop I expected more.

Would have been a 10, however the paint was blended just before a mark on the door. It would have taken minimal time to blend over that mark, however it wasn't done.

Lee was great about handling everything and tried to make the process as streamlined as possible. However, I specifically did not grant power of attorney, yet decisions were made about my car between caliber collision and erie insurance company without my permission. This was a violation of caliber collisions own paperwork and my rights.

I was provided with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. My car was repaired while I was on vacation. The manager was very kind and he explained so much to me about my repairs that I didn't undersstand prior to my visit. The process was easy.

From the 1st phone call to Caliber & the 1st visit to the shop, everyone was professional & exceeded my expectations. The front desk assistant was kind & the manager was pleasant & personable. The shop was nice & clean. They offered me coffee or water while I waited even though I was only there for a drop off. My drive in estimate was a breeze & the repair drop off & pick up was even better. They made the process so easy for me. They even stored my car securely until I returned from vacation. The manager explained the work was completed & put all my paperwork in a nice folder & encouraged me to call if I had any problems. I must say Caliber will be doing all of my future repairs to all of my vehicles.
