Used intercooler had a lot of bent fins on it. Looks like a scrap part that only maybe top row of not bent fins. Bolt found cut off for where the under engine cover connect to frame instead was bolted to gather with a bolt and nut. Another section of the same part not secured to the frame with the same bolt and nut configuration, this spot rattles against the frame causing a loud rattling noise.

The car was repaired satisfactorily. The staff that I dealt with were polite and friendly. What I did not like was the time that it took to complete repairs. I think the completion date was shoved back at least 3 times.
