The car was repaired satisfactorily. The staff that I dealt with were polite and friendly. What I did not like was the time that it took to complete repairs. I think the completion date was shoved back at least 3 times.

The overall work looks fine. However, details matter -- a bolt/mount that retains cargo netting was found super glued in place rather than properly anchored to the structure. Additionally, the seal lining around the trunk was found damaged.

Excellent job. The front bumper where it meets the hood is "off", just barely, in a maybe 5" section, that is noticeable if you know what to look for. If not, then you would never know.

Chris worked a problem with my rental car when the insurance company would not pay for rental to completion of repairs. He saved me a lot of money. There's gaps In the bumper the grill from the headlights Period The headlights that were replaced on the passenger side the brightness don't match the driver's side so I'm assuming the same bulbs weren't put back in?
