From the very beginning, Sarah made this whole process very easy. Even when we had to push out the start date because of projects already been worked on. The updates were amazing short and sweet to the point. I was just completely amazed at the customer service on the front and end of the project.

Truck was promised for a 2 week turnaround, then told it would be another week, then told paint wouldn’t stick to the hood and it had to be reordered. Finally my truck is supposed to be ready for me to pick up I get there paid the deductible and then wait for over 40 minutes because my truck is buried and they need to move things around to get it out. They knew I would be there to get my truck but didn’t care apparently! If in the future I need work done on my vehicle I will go out of my way to take my business to Gerber Collision and Glass.

After repairs, the vehicle had a lot of dust on it and inside the cabin. No proper cleaning was done.

Promised me a 2 week turnaround was then delayed another week then another week. When finally finished I scheduled my pick up of the vehicle and when I arrived my truck wasn’t sitting out front waiting for me it took another 40-45 minutes for them to get my truck to me. There was an excuse for everything. Once they received the money from insurance I seemed to be on the back burner.

I went with you because it was Allstate's recommendation to eliminate paperwork. It would have been easier to deal with the paperwork and go somewhere else.

I originally filled out the paperwork requesting email updates. I never got any of those. I called and ended up getting text updates instead. The email I got for this survey was the first time I ever got any. Updates were sporadic and rare. Repairs took 29 days and I'm pretty sure they would have taken longer if I had not called to complain about the promise date not being met. I was told multiple times that there would be follow-ups, but I or my wife had to call every time when that follow-up did not happen.
