Car was there for a long time. While they started immediately, delays in parts being received made stay longer. This model for repair is challenging as most people can’t keep a loaner for as long as the car was with them.

Car window was not cleaned after install. Bolts were found on the floor next to the passenger seat. Time of completion was moved back multiple time and when asked to come in ang pick it up it wasn't completed yet. Over all it was easy to work with you .

My driver door is now popping against the against a dent in my car by the tire well....that was not there before the accident . If I would haven't been too excited to get my car back I would have noticed it before I left and not taken my car. My door is pooping when it opens

Time management on getting mechanical repairs done prior to cosmetic could have been better but the truck paint looks great other than huge scratch tow truck put in it.
