It is 100 percent unlikely that I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. If it weren't bad courtesy I was going to tell the lady in the lot to go somewhere else.

The paint was absolutely Horrible! Has been back three times, each time worse than the previous. My car was returned with parts from a Nissan in the truck, and I drive a Dodge Challenger Hellcat. I’ve called corporate headquarters, legal, and several other numbers I was given. PLEASE Do not make the mistake I made, go to a reputable shop. I should have read the reviews on their website, and the BBB reviews before entrusting the work to be done to my vehicle. This most certainly isn’t the end, as I’ve retained legal counsel to assure my vehicle is back to normal.

Quality of the repairs might be fine except there was a chunk out of a sidewall of a tire which you marked with a red marker. (Hard to see). And no one told me of this and it was not safe. The customer service is some of the worst I have every experienced

Continually given miss information and or outright lies on when the car would be complete. At noon on friday was ok to pick up at 5. Then it was Friday at 2:30 I was told Tuesday. Then called and was told hopefully Monday afternoon then Monday afternoon was told noon Tuesday. The car was not ready till noon Wednesday.

I am very, very pleased with the results. They kept me informed about my car. They had a tire repaired for me, washed my car and put gas in it! All above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this company.

Nothing was communicated to me, excepted automated text messages, about what was wrong with my car until they told my car was finished. One message said it won’t be done for a long time and another said it would be done on 7/3. No phone call was made to me about the progress or what needed fixed even though I the communication paper I signed was to receive phone calls rather than text messages.
