If we ever need body work on our cars in the future, Caliber Collision will be the first place we call. The service was outstanding. The last time we had our car at a shop we had to call multiple times to find out when the car was going to be done and it took much longer than expected. This time, the car was done a day early. And more importantly, the manager texted several times over the week to provide updates, including when he anticipated having the car finished. Icing on the cake? I left my rental car at Caliber when I picked my car up and the very nice receptionist said she'd take care of getting it back to Enterprise. And - the car was spotless. Washed and vacuumed, the body work as nice as when the car was brand new. Ten out of ten!

The process from beginning to end was great - with both Caliber and Enterprise car rental. Both agencies worked together to make the experience very easy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The front grill of my car was good everything was replaced nicely but I did notice some discoloration on the driver side lower door that was not there when I brought the car in and some dent on the passenger side I never noticed before but the car was shipped to the new Richmond location so I would appreciate if we can get that fixed.
