I loved my car before the accident. Now it squeaks when I turn, my phone charger power outlet fuse keeps blowing. The car use to ride very smooth and now it has a shake. My drivers side didn’t need repaired but my front panel is not secure and smooth anymore. It’s awful. I want to cry everytime I have to drive it. I really appreciated the updates in the way that you kept us informed of what was going on. It appears that the work was done very well. Haven’t really had time to inspect it with the snow and everything but I think as near as I could tell looks very well done. It appears the car was repaired well but not in a timely manner. 1 month and 5 days was too long to wait for work to be completed. Caliber Collision Center kept me updated on expected completion dates which were always changing. Finally, yesterday, I drove there in person and there sat my completed car in the parking lot! They said it was ready and they were going to contact me, but it was 4:30 and they closed at 5:30! As I quickly drove off to pick up my daughter and her $2,000 deductible, a text came to my phone saying my car was ready!

The only true interaction I had was with Alex and he was knowledgeable, attentive and cared about my satisfaction. It was nice to receive updates along the way. Even at pick up, he had some useful information for me about other services he’d suggest and prioritized the need for me to get them.
