Bobby, John and Dylan would call/text frequently to let me know the status of the car, parts they were waiting on, parts that came damaged and they sent back, etc... They were all so friendly and made the process so smooth for us.

It took 6 weeks to complete my repairs! The 1st expected date of completion was the first week of Sept. The shop had a plethora of excuses as to why - they were too busy to pull it in to look at it, more damage than they expected, parts took a long time, received the wrong parts, etc. When it was finally "ready for pick up", the work was unacceptable and my husband refused to take it. The following week, I tried to pick it up and the receptionist gave me very inconsistent information. Mistakes are human. Her lack of accountability and quickness to blame others for failing to provide me with complete information was unprofessional and further irritating to an already frustrating situation. I'm not sure how this shop is considered a preferred partner with Progressive but I will not ever recommend them as timely, professional, or high quality
