The repair itself was fine. You didn't keep us updated. We dropped the car off on the 14th and we didn't hear a thing until Terry called you on Thurs. You said it was going to paint and would have it on Monday. Sunday I received a message saying you needed another 10 days,until the 30th. Then you said the 24th. You didn't tell us of possible added expense until we were going to pick up the car. Your customer relations need improving. I have worked in the automotive industry in many capacity over the years. How you treat your customers depends on whether you have repeat business. Word of mouth can either bring in new customers or prevent future business.
