I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled from start to finish. My 2018 Chrysler minivan was rear-ended, and all the backup sensors stopped working, which was a major inconvenience for our family. From the moment I dropped it off, the team at Caliber Collision was professional, responsive, and thorough. Eric called me daily with updates, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I always knew what to expect. Even though there was a delay with parts from the manufacturer, they still finished the repair earlier than I expected. The work was done right, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Eric and the team truly made a stressful situation much easier.

Hello, just to let you know that I had received good service with my previous cars, but I don't know if it's because the car is a little worn, but with the other cars they were delivered to me clean and polished, they weren't like that, and the trunk doesn't close very well, the bumper looks a little sideways. The day I picked it up, I was tired from work and didn't ask to have it checked completely, I would like you to redo it again, thanks.

Joel Castelan handled repairs on my car and was extremely impressed with his professionalism. He kept me updated via phone calls and text messages, i.e., when part were ordered, received, expected date of completion, and called day of completion to give pick-up time. The Receptionist was always helpful and workers walking through office where friendly. I've already referred friends - "if ever needed - call Caliber".
