My car is 5 years old so the sun had bleached the paint slightly over the years. Caliber didn't just paint my repaired car, they matched the rest of the car so no one could tell there was any new paint.

Estimator was friendly, efficient and helpful. Text messages from Caliber kept us up-to-date on progress. Some small things needed to be done before we picked up the car. Car was finished ahead of time. This was helpful. All areas of repair looked great.

The gentleman in charge of communicating with me would say he would call me by noon or by the end of the day and he would never get in touch with me at the times he said. Also I never received the estimates via email like they said they would do.
