Samuel was great. I hope that I have the correct name. He was Very helpful and took good care of my Subaru. The office manager was very personable and helpful. They are both fantastic representatives of your company.

The work was very well done. Sam went beyond my expectations with the repairs, so I would recommend this shop with the warning not to give up your rental car until after pick up of the car from this shop.

My car looks beautiful! I can't even find a shadow of a seam where the metal had to be cut and the new body part attached.

The contact person I dealt with when I turned my car in left, and a new person took over. Occasional text messages went to my husband's phone, but the update phone calls I was promised were not made. A last minute problem that meant I would not be able to pick up my car was not relayed to me before I was to be at Caliber Collision to pick up my car. Fortunately, I'd called to say I would be late because traffic was so heavy, and I was told I couldn't get my car until the following week before I'd turned in my rental car. If traffic had not been so bad, I would have arrived in my husband's truck with no means of transportation for the following week. As it is, I still wasted and hour of my time and my husband's time driving to Caliber. That is unacceptable.

Could not be happier with the service from the staff at caliber collision, from when we dropped the car off till I picked it up.everyone was so nice and professional,someone even picked me up to get my car.
