Jeff was professional, extremely courteous, and informative when I went for an estimate. Joe was just as professional and courteous when I went to get the work done. The only confusion I experienced, was with the females who I spoke with on the phone. (Don't remember their names) One told me the person who damaged my car, could come in to pay Caliber. Another told me that Caliber does not accept 3rd party payment. One told me my car would be ready in 2-3 days. Another told me it would be ready same day. Staff should communicate the same information to customers.
