Eric went the extra mile to keep me updated with each step of the process. He even went a step beyond and dropped off/attached a cover that was left off after pick up at my house so I didn't have to make an extra drive down. I will keep coming her for any repair needs

When scheduling my appointment they were very accommodating. When I arrived for my appointment, they were prompt, informative, and answered every question to my satisfaction. Eric was the agent I worked with he gave me an estimate as to when they might complete the work, and said he would update me as they worked on my car. I so appreciate being kept in the loop. When my car was ready Erica called me and let me know it was ready. When I arrived my car was waiting for me clean, shiny, perfect. The work look great, like new. Eric was great. The young lady in the front office was very pleasant and explained the paperwork for me to sign. All your staff I interact with were great! I would recommend your service to all my family and friends. All in all, I would give your business a 10 (great).
