I received excellent and timely communication throughout the process of my repairs and everyone I encountered was extremely polite, professional and friendly. I would like to say Joel ( who worked with me and took care of the repairs on my vehicle) went above and beyond by offering to take the car to me and pick up the rental if needed. The car looked great when I picked it up. I am even now considering having my hood painted because I was so satisfied with the service and the individuals who helped me.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Joel was amazing through everything, he kept in constant contact with me about my car. He updated me with any changes & went above & beyond to ensure my Jeep was done in a timely manner as well as having it repaired/ running smoothly. Pros: Fast service, friendly and honest. Worked with us on the pricing and saved us a lot of money. Replacement parts look great at a glance. Worked around the super expensive areas so that the cost stayed low. However: Cons: If I would have known that buffing scratches out of a replacement piece costs more, I may have allowed the buffing and painting. Large scratch/mark on the replacement piece which was unexpected. Getting the area wrapped should fix this but the scratch and gash surprised me. But that’s the only con. Other than that, I really appreciated the precision and skill involved. It is definitely not easy doing what they do. I would recommend.
