Did not get notified by anyone at the office from the Indiana Ave. location where I dropped the car off at that the car had been transferred. When I received a message to call back about the car I called that location and they had no record of my name, mom’s name or the make/model of the car and no idea who the person was that sent me the text/voicemail. Could be better organized in keeping track of that kind of information so customers aren’t forced to call around.
