Caliber Collision in Riverside on 14th St. handled everything for me, including contacting the rental agency to pick me up and then deliver the car back. They kept me up to date on all the work being done and the time frame. They also kept the insurance company informed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who maybe in need of auto body repair. I worked with Joel he was very respectful and polite. The receptionist was also very polite and respectful. They have a great team. Thank you

I was treated with respect by everyone at the Caliber Collision in Riverside on 14th st. The young lady at the desk contacted the rental company to pick me up. During the time my car was being worked on Joel kept me informed of any time frame change due to part availability or anything else. He even contacted the insurance company and the rental company to inform them that I needed an extension on the rental car due to extra time needed to complete my car. When my car was ready he arranged for the rental company to pick the car up directly from Caliber Collisions and I just picked up my car and Joel took car of everything. I would highly recommend this company. Superb customer service and quality workmanship. You don't find that combination often. Thank you. Great team

Everything went well - from the insurance company ..dropping car off for repair picking up car rental. I was kept informed each step of the repair process by Eric. My car was completed in the time frame that I was told it would be. As I was out of town. I told Eric that I would need a couple more days to pick up my car. Eric told me that this would be okay. I picked up my car that had been cleaned and now after the repair’s it looks like new. Clean inside and out. Great repair job! Great staff at Caliber 14th St. Riverside. Thank you!

Every body was very nice and professional and made the whole process easy. They clearly explained what had to be done, they called for a car rental company, and during the car repair they regularly kept me informed of the status of the repair. Then when it was ready, all I had to do is leave my rental car with them and pick my newly repaired car. Eric explained what had been done and that was it.
