Complete Professionalism …Carlos Alanis my Service Advisor was direct and explained the possible delays because of the year ( ‘09 Ford Escape ) of my car. Carlos kept me informed of the delays and the progression of the repairs. I want to also compliment Justin Croy , your office admin, on his initial introduction to Caliber and what to expect. He was always available for updates etc..
