I really don’t appreciate getting the run around in order to avoid fixing my car from both caliber and the insurance. It shouldn’t take two months and I shouldn’t have to fight to get my car fixed.

First repair result did not come out as planned. And MJ and her team have noticed the deficiency and decided to redo the repair. And the second repair result exceeded my expectation. I understand unexpected thing or result happened, so it did not bother me on the first result. What matter the most was her courtesy and respectful service, and willingness to accept the first result and then delivered an outstanding product ultimately. Kudos to her and team!
