There were chips in the paint on the “new” panel that was installed. Also, the “Trail Rated” emblem wasn’t reinstalled cleanly. It appeared that the previous adhesion wasn’t removed and it was just put over the top. It has a low quality appearance.

Joscelyn did a fantastic job of keeping me apprised of the different stages my vehicle was in and asked me each time iI had any questions, which was greatly appreciated. There was more damage this time and you guys had her done quicker then the last place I had gone to. The only thing was I did have my laundry change in my door and it was gone but if it was that important I should have removed ed it all in the first place. I have recommended your facility to 2 people already and I always tell them to ask for Jocelyn.

Office staff and manager were great to work with!! I brought my truck in for minor front end repair, and had my front door panel scratched on two separate occasions , which forced me to make three drop offs rather then just one. Very disappointed and inconvenienced

I had to bring my truck back two different times because of wrong emblem ordered and scratch to my interior driver door panel on two separate occasions, they ended up replacing the entire door panel . It’s a brand new truck and was very inconvenient having to drop my truck off three separate times
