When assessment of damages were made, l pointed out markings on the passengers back door. I was told that those could be buffed out, and they would do it while they had the car. When l picked up the car, l noticed it had not been done as promised. The manager was kind enough to take care of it before l left. What businesses fail to realize is that little details like that can lead to satisfied customers who return and who also refer others.
