I believe his name was Mike. He made the process hassle free and simple. I noticed scratches on my tailgate and a paint chip that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Mike inspected it and apologies and instantly got to work in making it right without issue.

I did have an issue and a few body panels not snapped all the way in after my vehicle was done but they were very quick to fix them and help me get back on my way. The only thing missing is an emblem now that apparently isn't in production.
