Our service advisor Jay U. He was excellent with communication and customer service. I appreciated the weekly updates and reassurance in answering any questions I had. When picking up my vehicle he was very prompt, I didn’t even sit down to wait . He went over everything that was repaired on my vehicle and it was fully detailed as well. Manuel is my service advisor and he was great to work with. Aside from car stuff, I had expressed the need to have my car back by a certain time and he was very caring and compassionate towards me and my circumstance. He communicated with me during the week and was able to get my car back to me an entire day early. His customer service is great and it truly goes a long way. I let my insurance Mercury know how good of a job caliber collision get on my 2005 Corvette. I told him that I was just totally amazed at how beautiful my car came out and they were very pleased to hear that and I told you to recommend people to caliber collision and that’s all I can say I am extremely happy
