Manuel at Caliber Collision was awesome, he kept me updated on my car on what was happening and where it was at in the repair process. He let me know everything that was going to be fixed, replaced and how the repair process was going to go! He is very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does, and has awesome customer service. I never once had a question unanswered since he knew what he was doing. To the technician who worked on my car as well did an excellent job my car basically looks brand new. Will definitely recommend caliber especially advisor Manuel to anyone in need of auto body repairs! I was only out of a car for 11 days which is unbelievable for the type of repair my car needed. Everything was done in a timely manner and perfectly! Thank you Manuel at Caliber Collisions!

My service advisor, Manuel, was amazing from start to finish. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, he made the entire process simple and stress free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and consistently kept me updated throughout the repair process. He even made sure my vehicle was completed sooner than originally estimated, which I really appreciated. Manuel was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Being involved in an accident and seeing my vehicle damaged was already a stressful and upsetting experience, but Manuel made the repair process one less thing I had to worry about. His communication, attention to detail, and genuine care for his customers really stood out to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better service advisor, and I’m extremely grateful for the level of service he provided. He truly deserves recognition for his outstanding work.
