They took their time and was very communicative. This was a warranty repair from another body shop that did not do a satisfactory job. Caliber had worked on my other car before, so I decided to re-open the claim and bring the current car. Caliber did not disappoint. So far very happy with the work.

Edgar was amazing, he was very professional and friendly to work with. My vehicle was repaired quicker than initially quoted (quoted 2 weeks, actual time 1 week) which was a nice surprise! There was some additional damage made to the vehicle during the repair process, however, Edgar & his manager CK took care of it right away; the scratches were fixed by the next business day. Upon pickup, Edgar also informed me that he observed a crack in the window that was removed to perform the repairs, and had already contacted a mobile windshield repair company to come and replace it in the coming days, and will pay for new tint. While it’s not ideal, the situation was handled very well. Would definitely recommend Edgar & Caliber Collision to friends and family.

The tail gate does not have tension and you can hear screws bouncing around in thrme cavity of the deck lid

Customer service was amazing! CSRs were awesome, and Edgar was exceptional. My vehicle was ready in a week, I was notified every step of the way. My car looked better than when I dropped it off…. INSIDE and out! Did notice a small chip in my paint on the hood…… that wasn’t there when I dropped off. Little sad about that, but overall great job team. Will definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone. Thank you

Got my truck back and they used the same plastic inserts in the bumper .. they didnt return my hitch to where it belongs , the didnt even clean up the old plastics to make it nice ... Will never come back
