This is my second time using this location and was once again impressed with how good the communication was, Edgar kept me up to date every step of the way and the team that repaired my car did an excellent job!! I recently had my car repaired through insurance at Caliber Collision, and I had a great experience. My advisor, Manuel, kept me updated regularly throughout the process, which I really appreciated. His communication and customer service were excellent. The quality of the repair was also very good, and my car looks great. On top of that, they even arranged a ride to pick me up from home when my car was ready, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend to others.
