Wa not happy with the length of time that was taken to fix my truck. There was over 1 week that it wasn't started on. I had to go into Caliper to find out what was going on. AAA had put a stop to repairs wich took 4 days and myself coming in to get the ball rolling.

The team at Norco was very professional and was exceptional. I'm grateful that Norco caliber transfer the work to a location that can do the job right. Jose and his team did an excellent job on communication, completing on time, and making my Kia look new again!! I made a mistake on taking another car to a Caliber near me and it left me unhappy. From now on, Norco Caliber will be my only choice!
