I was very great full with the great work work Manuel did.. he made my car look like it was not hit. Let me just say you guys over promise and under delivered and I'm very very very disappointed and yes, I probably won't be coming back to your company because of your representatives were very unprofessional and you know I'm just totally unhappy. I don't really don't wanna go into explanations, but I'm just really disappointed and I can't give you guys a nothing but possibly a D plus if that. now let me say this the last person I did deal with he was kind professional Professional and he even bought the car to my home. He was very very, very, very helpful. I wished I would've had him from the beginning because,He was so helpful and professional. He went as far as bringing the car to my home he gave me the feeling that I was looking for so now he was the one who you should've had working with me because he over delivered the promise you get my point thank you.

Jay really went above and beyond in getting my car back to me ASAP like he said! I dropped it off Monday and he had it for me on Friday. I also really appreciate him for hooking me up with the detailing of the car, she looks brand new and I'd totally recommend him!
