My husband & I were met by an agent named Sterling! He was friendly, asked important questions, gave a thorough expection of damages & listened carefully to our concerns! He was extremely efficient! Reagan was in office & once again we were treated with a friendly face & cheerful manner as she went about getting important information! Our truck looks excellent and everyone at caliber is so nice! Sterling was awesome and delivered my truck personally to my work and Reagan was so great every time I was in there and hung out waiting for a ride we would chat and she’s just super!

The bumper did not fit right, so the repair has to be completely redone. Also the paint on one edge was blistered.

Finding many problems with the paint, some mechanical, and fit and some very concerning around fitment and finish; loose large body parts, noises when driving, large gaps in attachment of bumper. Overall, for lack of a better term, it appears sloppy. I trust caliber will rectify these concerns. Sterling and Regan have been very responsive and I’m looking forward to having the repairs addressed.
