We all hate getting in a car accident! Well, I got into two one day after another during the holidays in a new car I just purchased 2 months ago before my oopsy! Stress was on high but quickly put at ease by the team at Caliber. Every time I called(and I called ALOT) Reagan was incredibly helpful and always called back when she said she would! However, I cant say enough about my service technician who oversaw the entire repair, Sterling. He quickly let me know what to expect and went through the entire process. I shared that I would be moving soon and let him know it was mission critical that I get my car back as soon as I can. I’ve heard horror stories about repair shops after accidents and that it could take up to 45 days before I get my fixed car. Not with this place! It was repaired quickly and ahead of the time. I can’t say enough about this location and the staff here. Except if you took your car here, you’ve made the right choice!!!
