New to the area and decided to go with the closest listed shop to my house. My truck was in and out in under a week. I had consistent updates and it was a smooth process. I hope I don’t need a collision shop again but if I do I’ll definitely choose caliber.

The work done on my car was stunning. The only discrepancy was in regard to the hood. It appeared to be a bit crooked resulting in a larger gap on the right side of the hood, as well as a not flush lineup between the hood and another part of the car. I had spoken to a team member and I had said that I could bring it back in to adjust. They did note that it could be bent in to place and the adjustment would only take a few minutes. Other than those very minor details, the work was amazing!!!

The lift gate is misaligned there are scratches on the inside of the lift gate down to the metal the lift gate closes to hard and there is white marks on the inside doors!
