The service received was excellent! The ladies at the front desk were very kind and professional. They explained everything in detail and made sure that I fully understood the entire process. Vinny was extremely eager to assist me upon arrival and he was super kind. Gerald or Jerry was simply amazing. So kind, patient, and really helpful. The entire staff at Caliber Collision in Patchogue is great. Thank you! My car looks great and I am happy. 10/10

When I went to the Medford location, I didn't have an appointment so I was turned away. The Patchogue team took me without hesitation. I met Gerald in medford and I'm happy he was at the Patchogue location. Great team!
