They were very friendly and extremely helpful in a trying time. Lisa was great to deal with, Chris went over my car with me when I dropped it off, he was comforting and reassuring. They were very prompt with the estimate and the completion date. They completed the car a week earlier, to my delight. My car looks great, and clean, inside and out. I love the updates daily by text. I felt communicated with every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was happening with my car. Overall...a Great Experience, especially for an upsetting situation. I highly recommend them! Not only is this place very local to where I live which is very convenient, but the service was amazing. Unfortunately I was in an accident that was not my fault and my new car had some damage that needed to be repaired. They communicated with me basically daily to let me know how the process was going. They estimated the completion date for about a little over 2 weeks of time. The car was done within a week. I was shocked because I wasn’t expecting it to be done that quickly. Not to mention they also cleaned my car as well! If I ever need work on my car or any of my cars in the future I will be coming back here. Great experience. Thank you!!

Best auto repair shop! They kept me informed, I didn’t have to do anything with insurance, and they even cleaned the inside of my car! How unexpected and wonderful. My car smells new. The repair is pristine! The ladies in the office were wonderful! Thanks for the great work!

The repair was great on the front bumper, but they put on the new fog light assembly but then put the old one back on the passenger side, it looks so different, I whish they would of put both new ones or the old ones but I know one of them broke, they should've buffed the old one to make it look new.

Brought car for scheduled drop and told parts not in. Dropped off following week for repair. Was not called for three days after repairs done as they had wrong cell number. Met called me ad to why I hadn’t picked up car, was waiting for call it was done. These two minor issues cost me some time and four days of car rental. Other than these mixups place was good with personal contact.
