Completion times wrong. People sick wrong parts coming in. Took my car with out the fog light bc I needed to get it to Honda and I was promised the day before for completion. When told about extra damage I had to ask more than 5 times (I counted because it was so weird) what the exact damage was, he kept interrupting me to apologize for the delay. No extra parts need over estimate but still $600 inscrease, i got told twice not to worry because insurance will cover it but at the time would not tell me the new price part of that my fault for not insisting. Told everyone in the office my business and I felt judge because I got asked as to why my deductible was so high by two different people in the office. Me being misinformed about completion dates were not shops fault they were cooperate's fault bc they send out the texts, but if a part was missing why did the shop tell cooperate things were on track. The only good thing about this whole experience was that I could walk to the shop. Liberty Mutual recommended poorly.

Huge no for recommendations Told people my business. Judgemental. Broken promises. Not telling me the price change from the estimate when they found the more damage, just that it went up a little bit-$600 price difference is not a little bit but that's partly my fault for not forcing them to tell me after I was told about the new damage he just wanted to keep assuring me that the insurance got it. Feel like I got hosed there and since he was so insistent that insurance will take care of it not to worry I wondering if they're trying to do something untowards.

Technically not finished. Bumper looks great but 2 weeks to get the correct fog light. Which did not even get installed bc they promised me and texted me a lot that it would be done the 24th but I needed the vehicle on the 25th so I took it because after 2 weeks the light still was not installed. When I get time I'll bring car back for them to put it in.

Ann was great until the very end. Rich did not want to tell me about the damage he found he just want to apologize for the delay. The text updates were great until I realised they were a lie.

The ladies in the office wete very nice and helpful. My repairs were completed by the time given and I was kept updated on the progress. My car looks like new. Very happy.
