I am so elated with the service I received at Caliber Collision! (Rocky Point, New York).Starting with Lisa and Anne who greeted me at the front desk to all the skilled men and women who completed the outstanding repairs and details of my car. My car looked better than when I first picked it up from the dealership! Everything and every detail was seen to perfectly. In addition, I thought some CDs and a gate entry card had been removed while the car was being fixed and Lisa and Anne were so patient with me because they knew their workers were honest, trustworthy and meticulous. Of course, The situation was a result of my daughter removing these items from the car and forgetting to tell me. I can’t thank the entire staff at Caliber and will recommend it to my family and.

We were flabbergasted by the rapid response of everyone affiliated with Caliber Collision even before we walked through your door. A lovely young woman quickly came out of the Parts Department to point us in the right direction. Then we were welcomed by Ann, who took all the needed information, followed by Larry who called Enterprise himself for us. Everyone—yes, everyone was most gracious and accommodating that first day, and thereafter. We received a call the very next day informing us of the work needed, and when it would be completed. The car was returned to us perfectly repaired, a day earlier than expected. Caliber Collision is a-business we shall recommend to all who have the need for such services and will be a place we shall return to whenever we need automotive repairs.
