Overall, the outcome of the repair looks great, and I greatly appreciate the efforts taken to remedy the ongoing delay in returning my car to me. I was estimated a repair that should take 2-3 weeks. The repair took 6 weeks. The length of time definitely was an inconvenience, however, that in itself was not the problem I had with my service. I did not have rental insurance, that is on me but it was a choice I made, leaving me without a rental vehicle. I can make that work, however, it meant I needed to make arrangements for rides including to pick up my car when it was ready. My repair pick up date kept changing. I was getting sporadic communication that seemed to expect me to have the same knowledge as an auto technician explaining where they were at in the repair, but truthfully it wasn’t usable information for me. On a Monday I received an update my car was ready to be painted, I was scheduled to pick it up on Thursday, I had no further communication and as I’m leaving my job early with arrangements I made for a ride, 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time on the link they provided, I’m told it’s not ready and hasn’t even been painted yet. I can understand things happening in the process last minute. That’s life. This did not appear to be that, this appeared to be something a trained technician could have assessed at minimum the day prior and communicated so that I didn’t burden someone else for that ride or make arrangements with my job to be there to get my car. Communication really continued to happen that way where things were incompletely communicated and the most important information to me was not helpfully communicated (when I would ACTUALLY be able to get my car). The pickup date was changed several times to the point I was getting concerned I wouldn’t ever get my car back. Mike Swider was very compassionate and helpful. He acknowledged the issue and he made arrangements for a rental car for the last couple days of my repair. Additionally, they noticed I was getting a flat tire and my inspection needed to be taken care of so they took care of that for me. This gesture was honestly very thoughtful and unexpected. I would definitely still return and recommend them for repairs regardless of the issues I had with miscommunication. I am sharing my feedback only for ways to improve the service, but the product and the effort to make things right were definitely exceptional.

Took longer than expected due to staffing and other issues I was told about. Also when I picked it up there was a service light on that wasn’t on when I dropped it off. I called and spoke to Phillip and kind of got a runaround. When I stopped back in and dealt with Mike he was fantastic and I showed him some things that were missing on my vehicle and causing the service light and had my pictures from before I dropped it off and his and he ordered the parts needed to fix the issue. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Body lines are good but the paint stay was bad and ill need to schedule another appointment them to fix it

They did a great job. They kept in touch with me about the status of my vehicle all the time. I had a little issue with one of my sensor and they adjusted in right away. Great company.
