I got my car back with a pretty flat front tire. And while my car was in the shop for over a week, somebody scratched my display screen on my cadillac from behind it.

Also making it so your customers cant pay in cash directly taken out of a bank down the road from your garage, is beyond absurd and the total opposite of customer service. Zero reason for card transactions only.
