Body work came out great. Worked with Mike though the repair process. He was super friendly and on point. I love the updated text messages that keeps you in the loop. Also how you guys keep in contact with the insurance and the car rentals. Making it super convenient.

Had to bring my car back twice. Just cosmetic (driver door needed replaced & painted to match rest of car (2023. Hyndiua ). They couldn’t get a simple job right the first time. Paint job wasn’t complete window wasn’t rolling up properly and door molding was not lined up properly yet they still gave it to me with no one inspecting the work. Weather was bad so didn’t see these things until days later when I cleaned it. I had to bring it back twice huge inconvenience. They had my car for 10 days the first time and then another 24 the next time. Ridiculous! Poor quality work. I don’t believe they hire true body technicians or painters. Would not recommend nor ever go back to them 👎🏼 Did get a lifetime warranty but still ridiculous This was a simple job & should have been a one and done. None of this was my fault, but still, I was inconvenienced tremendously so there you go.

This was by far the easiest repair experience that I have ever had. You kept me informed every step of the way and got my car done a little sooner than you had anticipated. The only drawback was using enterprise to rent a vehicle - that experience was nothing short of stressful.
