This was by far the easiest repair experience that I have ever had. You kept me informed every step of the way and got my car done a little sooner than you had anticipated. The only drawback was using enterprise to rent a vehicle - that experience was nothing short of stressful.

Best Auto Shop In Rome, all the other shops in Rome suck compared to Caliber. Travis Phill Mike and the crew are amazing and I had an excellent customer service experience

if I can give you guys higher than 10 rating I would. I have no problems with the car and it looks practically brand new. They also took the rental car off my hands which helped out a lot. This is definitely a company I would recommend and everyone is completely professional.

Everyone did phenomenal work, right down to whoever made sure my truck went home clean. The repairs look great, truck was done ahead of schedule, and the staff were super friendly, super easy to reach and super open about the work and the costs. Would definitely come back if I needed to. And am extra shout to Josh out front who went well beyond the service required of his position.
