There were some swirls in the buffing and a scratch not taken care of. It will be fixed. Service was great. Communication in the beginning was a little lacking but it improved. Everyone was polite and professional

Overall it was a pleasant experience in a bad time. They did a nice job for what was done initially. The man who looked it all over and took pictures was polite professional and friendly.

Staff noticed imperfections in paint job and there were 2 scratches not touched and a mar on the door panel. Stated they would fix it.

Only issue was with communication. I was told they call in Tues and Thur . I dropped my vehicle off on Wed and I had to call on fri for info. When it was ready , I called to find out a time as I needed a ride there. Was told they would call back and let me know if it'd be done by 4( when I had a ride) , and they didn't. I had to call and was told the calibration guy didn't get there when he was supposed to. I had to schedule a ride for the next day. I called again the next day to make sure it was ready and ut wasnt, would be by noon. I picked it up then.

Caliber collision did a fantastic job with my vehicle their customer service was absolutely amazing they kept me updated every step of the way and they went above and beyond with the repairs and cleaning afterwards I will recommend them to everyone and if I ever need a body shop again they will be my choice

It was done well. No issues detected. They had to install a used headlight due to the age of my vehicle, which is understandable. Hopefully this headlamp cover will suffice.
