Absolutely amazing experience, from the front office staff to the final detail of my vehicle was exceptional. This is by far the best creation repair facility in Northern California. Sadly, I’ve been to quite a few.

Only thing I would say is remind customer service to let you know that you can return your rental to them and they will return it for you. I returned mine to the rental place there was significant delays and I was advised at that time I could have brought the rental to caliber

I’m very happy with my experience at Caliber Collision! Hunter was awesome and amazing as my service advisor. He was super nice, very responsive, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. My car came back looking great, and I couldn’t be happier. Kurt, the GM, got me an estimate very quickly and had me back on the road at lightning speed. I highly recommend Caliber and the whole team there!
