We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Caliber Collision, and a huge part of that was because of Shakira, who was our point of contact throughout the entire process. She was truly amazing from start to finish. What stood out most was how much time she took to explain every single detail of the repair process to us. We never felt rushed, confused, or like we were just another claim. She made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way and was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire experience. One thing that really impressed us was that Shakira took the time to notice a few blemishes on our car that shouldn’t have been present, especially considering how new the vehicle is. She didn’t have to point those things out or get involved, but she went above and beyond by suggesting solutions and even recommending that we reach out to our dealer to have them addressed. That small gesture really said a lot about Caliber Collision and the way they treat their customers. They weren’t just focused on repairing the damage they were originally there to fix, they genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of as drivers and that our vehicle was in the condition it should be. Shakira’s professionalism, knowledge, communication, and genuine care made an already stressful situation so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing collision repair. From the moment I walked into Caliber Collision, I knew this was going to be a wonderful experience. I was greeted with a warm friendly smile by the front desk and then I met the BEST, FRIENDLIEST, and KNOWLEDGEABLE Erik!! Erik was so helpful and constantly stayed in contact with me regarding my vehicle, letting me know where we were in the process, and even letting me know something about my insurance I wasn’t aware of! He was AMAZING!! It’s people like Erik, that keep people coming back to businesses!! I will be referring everyone I know, to Caliber Collision!
