Caliber Collision gave me the best experience I could ask for. They communicated greatly. The work was done in a timely fashion. The work was also done to the most professional manufactured standard. They were truthful about all expectations regarding time. I spoke with a guy name Steve who was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also patient and outgoing. The wrong door was installed and it doesn’t fit. Gaps and over hangs, trim is not secured.

Caliber Collision was a pleasure to work with. The drop off process was very easy. Shannon was very thorough in explaining the full repair process and going over paperwork with me. Shannon kept communication on updates with me via phone calls and automated text messages. I had minor damage due to a small accident, so my vehicle was repaired in just a few days. I dropped it off Monday, repairs started Tuesday and my vehicle was ready for pick up by Friday. My husband and I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to others and would do business with them in the future. Although we hope to not need their services for a VERY long time lol.
